The OSHP annual membership party will follow the meeting, including the formal presentation of Hats Off! awards, which were announced at the Finian's Rainbow cast party.

Bylaw changes may be considered and adopted at this meeting. There is one proposed change at this time, to clarify that we do not allow proxy voting at membership meetings.
